If you’re looking for Dr. Nancy Norling’s office, we want to warmly welcome you to West End Dental, now led by Dr. Merissa Richter. While the practice name has changed, the heart of the office—its philosophy, its people, and its commitment to exceptional, relationship‑based dentistry—remains the same. You will continue to receive the same level of expertise, compassion, and personalized care you’ve always known and trusted, located in the West End Plaza.

After 38 wonderful years in dentistry, including 34 years as a dentist and four as a hygienist, I have made the bittersweet decision to retire. Dentistry has never been just a career for me—it has been a family. Caring for you and your loved ones has been one of the greatest honors of my life, and I hold your trust and friendship among my most treasured gifts.
As I begin a new chapter filled with more time with family, travel, and expanded volunteer work both locally and in Guatemala, I am comforted and proud to leave the practice in extraordinary hands.
Many of you have already met Dr. Merissa, my associate and the dentist I have chosen to carry forward the legacy of compassionate, high‑quality care we built together. From the moment she joined our practice nearly 6 years ago, it was clear that her warmth, clinical excellence, integrity, and genuine love for people made her the perfect fit.

Dr. Merissa’s passion for learning allows her to bring the latest techniques and innovations into everyday care, ensuring patients benefit from modern dentistry delivered with compassion and precision.
